Yokogawa Temperature Transmitter (YTA Series), Model: UD1BG3-015N-6KC-2TA-N<br />
This is a head-mounted, two-wire temperature transmitter from Yokogawa's YTA series. It is designed for direct field mounting on a temperature sensor's connection head in demanding environments. This model accepts an RTD (Pt100) sensor input and converts it into a standardized 4-20 mA analog output signal, proportional to the measured temperature, and incorporates HART® 7 protocol for digital communication and configuration.
Range: -100 to 100 °C (Provides high measurement resolution within this narrow band)
Output: 4-20 mA DC, 2-wire system, with HART® 7 protocol
Power Supply: 12 to 42 V DC (standard loop power for 2-wire instruments)
Housing: Stainless Steel (Offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability)
Electrical Entry: M20 x 1.5 (Metric conduit connection)
Display: Integrated LCD Indicator
Safety Approvals (Primary):
ATEX/IECEx/UKCA: Ex db IIC T6 Gb (Flameproof/Explosion-proof)
Mounting: Head-mounted (field-mounted on sensor connection head) Typical Applications
This transmitter is engineered for precise and reliable measurement in tough and hazardous environments:
Temperature monitoring in chemical reactors (where corrosion resistance and explosion safety are critical).
Process lines in food & beverage and pharmaceutical industries (requiring stainless steel for hygiene and wash-down).
Skid-mounted equipment destined for offshore oil & gas platforms.
Any application requiring a robust, corrosion-resistant transmitter with Flameproof certification for Zone 1 areas.
