Yokogawa Temperature Transmitter (YTA Series), Model: UD1BG3-015N-1KC-2SA-N/CN<br />
This is a head-mounted, two-wire temperature transmitter from Yokogawa's YTA series. It is designed to be mounted directly in the field on a temperature sensor's connection head. This model accepts an RTD (Pt100) sensor input and converts it into a standardized 4-20 mA analog output signal, proportional to the measured temperature, and incorporates HART® 7 protocol for digital communication and configuration.
Range: -100 to 100 °C (This narrow span allows for higher measurement resolution within this interval)
Output: 4-20 mA DC, 2-wire system, with HART® 7 protocol
Power Supply: 12 to 42 V DC (standard loop power for 2-wire instruments)
Ambient Temperature: -50 to 85 °C (-58 to 185 °F)
Housing: Plastic (ABS)
Display: None
Safety Approvals (Primary):
ATEX/IECEx/UKCA: Ex ia IIC T6 Ga (Intrinsic Safety) / Ex nA IIC T6 Gc (Non-Incendive)
Mounting: Head-mounted (field-mounted on sensor connection head)
Electrical Connection: Two 1/2 NPT female conduit entries Typical Applications
This transmitter is ideal for applications requiring precise temperature monitoring in a limited range, such as:
HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems
Cooling water systems
Hydraulic oil temperature monitoring
Compressed air temperature monitoring
Mild chemical processes operating near ambient temperature
