Typical Application
This module is ideal for monitoring a critical process variable and providing both an isolated control signal and safety interlocks:

Input: A 4-20 mA signal from a pressure transmitter monitoring vessel pressure.

Processing: The conditioner isolates the signal and displays the real-time pressure value.

Output: A clean, isolated 4-20 mA output is sent to the DCS or PLC for control.

Alarm 1: The first relay is set to trigger a HI alarm (e.g., at 90% of range) to alert operators.

Alarm 2: The second relay is set to trigger a HI-HI alarm (e.g., at 95% of range) to initiate an emergency shutdown sequence.
