After filtering, amplifying, detecting, and rectifying, this sine signal becomes a DC voltage signal with a direction corresponding to the movement direction of the worktable and an amplitude proportional to the displacement of the worktable. This process is called demodulation, and the demodulated signal is converted into counting pulses by a voltage frequency converter. The number of pulses is proportional to the voltage amplitude and the direction is represented by a symbol trigger.
